I can definitely relate to feeling like technology saps energy — especially when you were talking about scrolling through Instagram feeds!
I quit Facebook and Instagram about a year and a half ago and have really felt freer and definitely more confident. I think the energy of seeing other posts or negativity on social media is an energy zapper, and spending time there was a waste. I’d highly recommend to anyone to try logging off for a week and seeing how energy levels are affected!
