5 Daily Habits That Changed my Life Last Year – Tiny Wellness Show Episode #5



Last year, I started doing five particular habits that led to me having one of the best years I’ve ever had so far.

It was a perfect trifecta: not only did I physically look and feel better, I also wrote a book, traveled, and accomplished many more goals that I had before.

The reason? I moved away from setting goals, and instead, moved towards sticking with habits.

And guess what happened? Rather than hating my life, and rather than constantly thinking about the fact that I was only 1% towards my health and life goals each day, all I had to do was focus on achieving my Master The Day daily habit goal.

Instead of feeling depressed because I wasn’t “there” yet, all I had to do was focus on actually making today perfect, doing the habits I said I was, and then being excited and optimistic because I had achieved my “daily” goal – do the habits.

These habits made such a big impact that after having one of the best, most productive, years of my life, there’s no doubt I’m going to keep doing this for life.
