I am 50 I am 5 ft 3 and I now weight 13 and a half stone the heaviest I have ever been I have really started to neglect myself this past year from 2017-2018 before that I used to exercise and go running, but I am weight yo-yoing-, can you help to get me a more consistently healthier eating leaner foods of 1000 calories a day and how to prepare and plan a head with my meals to ensure my weight loss succeeds?
